Very good hotel. Perfect location for us - in 20 minutes you can get to the city center by ferry, which stops about 100 meters from the hotel. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The room had a great view on the Bosporus and old town. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Room was cleaned everyday. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.
I came with my friend for a dentist appointment in Kadikoy so decided to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel was well positioned and very handy for the ferry to the old town for a spot of sightseeing. It can be a bit noisy as it is close to the ferry port but with excellant double glazing we were not disturbed by it. There is a nice pool and plenty of outdoor space just a shame it was too cold for us in April. A very good Turkish breakfast was served and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will use this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.
The staff were amazing i enjoyed the hotel so much i will recommend to everyone great value for money
An excellent location near ferryboat terminal - the best place to organize any excursions to Istanbul.
The majority of the staff were particularly helpful and friendly - particularly one manager who opened the spa facilities for my teenager daugther and myself so we could have a turkish bath and a relaxation before our flight to London - We would stay there again although it is not really central and a bit noisy because of the ferry terminal - it has the advantage of being able to hop on the ferry across the historic centre/Blue Mosque etc.
It was reasonably close to the ferry which was 15 min ride to the main tourist area. The pool was good clean and attractive suroundings. Breakfast was also plenty to choose from and suitable for all people. There was air conditioning and the room was cleaned everyday. There was a beautiful view of the Mosque'S. They had reasonably good WiFi
Rooms were badly out of date. Our room had a damp smell to it all the time. The price was a bit excessive for its rustic quality. The hotel advertised a mini bar in every room but it was empty every day. Little bit missleading that. Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bathroom suite was old and the taps were hard to turn on. The double glazed door from our room to the pool area would not close properly and we felt there was little security. They have a safe in the lobby but its a pain to keep putting things in there. I
Nice location close to the ferry harbor ideal to discover Istanbul. Swimming pool clean and well maintained.
Single rooms are really small No desk to work with a computer in this type room
Beautiful views over the Bosphorus. Outside areas were really nice and relaxing with a great pool and sun beds.
Room was very small and bathroom could do with remodeling. Outside area and common inside areas made up for small room.
View from room is excelent, room was cleaned perfectly, great clean pool and ok breakfast. Very easy to get to Sultanhamet trough a 2 Lira in 20 minutes with the Ferry.
Hotel is not exactly on the sea side, is actually on a ferry station and from Hotel to the sea are around 400 meters. My visit was during Ramadan, where people do not eat during the day, also the hotel was not very animated, I was the only from few turists wondering around at the pool during the day. Hotel stuff seemed tired and bored and it was like an empty hotel in that period.
The staff were very nice, especially the very helpful man on reception who helped me out on my last day when my airport transfer failed to arrive. The pool is lovely to cool off after a day sight-seeing. The view across the Bosphoros is lovely (if you don't look at the ferry port and bus station!) It's very easy to get a ferry across to Sultanahmet and only 2 lire each way - ferries only run until 9.30pm though.
They do play pop music round the pool which I don't like. On weekdays it's not too loud and you can avoid it by sitting on the upper terrace out of the range of the speakers, but at the weekend the pool area gets very busy and they crank the volume of the music right up. There is noise from the ferry port and bus station but I didn't find that too intrusive. I could only get wifi to work in the lobby area.
Fantastic view of historical peninsula. Room was clean, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom furniture was old, room was small. Renovation is needed. Parking is a bit of a problem.
we stay only for few days. and the most we like it was pool area, garden and sauna. Breakfast was fine too. Staff enough lovely and helpful. Near to ferry station. Not far from some restaurant area.
Location - it is on Asian side and hard to reach in late time. Taxi is not going to hotel from Europian side. So if you want to reach hotel you need to take ferry. The last ferry you can get is about 11 pm. So no chance about nightlife in european side. Also hotel is bit dated - furniture and bathroom could be renewed. Rooms very small.
The best things in this hotel are swimming pool and great Bosphorus view. Near to the hotel there's a ferryboat station so you can easily get to Eminonu iskelesi in European side. Close to hotel you can also find nice restaurants where you can smoke nargile and have nice dinner observing the sunset.
The breakfast was very poor, extremely. As for location, yes, you can easily go to Eminonu but as for Asian side, everything is pretty far from this hotel and you need taking taxi or two buses to get there from, lets say, Kadikoy or Bagdat Caddesi. Next time I will definitely prefer staying in European side.
Staff didn't understand my requests, just partially.
The location is perfect. It has a view like a topkapi palace
